## Job Overview
We are seeking an MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory procedures and analyzing specimens under the supervision of a Medical Technologist or Pathologist.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct immunoassays and other laboratory procedures accurately and efficiently
- Process specimen collection including RNA extraction
- Assist in clinical trials by conducting assays and maintaining accurate records
- Perform blood banking duties as required
- Utilize medical terminology knowledge effectively
- Demonstrate proficiency in anatomy knowledge
## Skills
- Proficiency in clinical laboratory practices and procedures
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Experience with RNA extraction techniques
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and specimen processing
- Familiarity with clinical trials and assay methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
