Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform minor repairs of buildings & equipment as applicable and needed.
- Make recommendations for major repairs of building & equipment as applicable and needed.
- Ensures all soap and sanitizer dispensers are full and in working condition.
- Monitors and test emergency lights monthly and annually, schedule service, maintain logs. This also includes monitoring fire extinguishers monthly, schedule annual service and maintain logs.
- Ensure infection control requirements (janitorial care) are met.
- Ensure cleanliness of designated areas within facilities by performing basic custodial duties (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned
