Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage payroll processing using QuickBooks.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Apply double-entry bookkeeping methods to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with QuickBooks compliance and audit preparation.
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in payroll management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
