Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and troubleshoot elevator equipment as needed.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned elevator routes.
- Respond promptly to work order requests.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Carry out additional related duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing residential elevators.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift over 75 pounds as part of a fit-for-duty assessment.
- Clean, valid driver's license.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or Elevator Mechanic License (preferred).
