Job Summary and Position Objective: This position works with the Installation Manager and Branch Manager to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with our customers, communicates concerns and issues effectively with management, and ensures that we provide the highest quality of service to our customers.

Essential Functions:
- Communicates with Installation Manager to maintain high quality job standards
- Inspects 5-10 properties per day, as job schedule and/or weather permits
- Communicates urgent matters directly to the appropriate personnel to resolve installation issues in a timely manner
- Daily schedule should be planned by the QC Specialist the day prior with input from the Branch Manager
- Sends a daily recap text to Installation Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Account Managers, and Subcontractor Development Manager
- Uses a log to track issues and communication on a daily basis
- Documents mistakes and questionable installs by taking photographs or videos
- QC should be maintaining a “call back log” on a daily basis
- Makes minor repairs onsite, as necessary
- Addresses customer concerns/issues and escalates them as necessary for job completion and customer satisfaction
- Promptly and professionally sends all customer concerns regarding warranty issues, repairs, and material or quality issues to the appropriate personnel
- Must operate a company vehicle throughout the day to inspect completed installations and periodically observe active installs when new products or techniques are used
- Builds strong relationships with the property managers, leasing consultants, and maintenance crew of each property
Physical Requirements:
- Be able to sit, stand, walk, or drive for up 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to use stairs on a daily basis without assistance
- Flexible and long work hours sometimes required
- Be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to bend, squat, twist, and reach for supplies
Expected Hours of Work: 40 hours/week
Start time varies but the schedule is typically from 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday with the availability to come in early or leave late, as needed. Must be able to work weekends during our busy season.
