The Opportunity:


We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This critical leadership role involves recruiting, training, and guiding sales professionals in a one-call close environment while driving high-level strategy to achieve and exceed sales goals. The Sales Manager will work hands-on with the team, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service and succeed in meeting key performance metrics.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Recruit, hire, and train sales professionals to build and maintain a high-performing team

  • Regularly coach your team on our proven sales system to ensure consistency and success

  • Plan and lead weekly sales meetings to foster a culture of learning and accountability

  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs to identify areas for growth and improvement

  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a remarkable experience

  • Lead the team in consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals


 

Qualifications


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success selling in a 100% commission-based sales role
  • At least 2 years of experience successfully managing a sales team to achieve one-call close sales, ideally within the home improvement industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others while fostering openness to innovation
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with sales software and CRM tools
  • Preferred: Knowledge of construction, foundation repair, and basement waterproofing (not required)
