The Manager of Rehabilitation Services at the Southeast Georgia Health System Camden Campus is responsible for the daily operations of all inpatient and outpatient Rehabilitation Services and staff. This hospital-based department operations are outpatient focused with approximately 10% of care provided in hospitalized inpatients. The Manager will organize programs and staffing to provide the best possible, age-appropriate patient care in Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. They will perform direct patient care as needed - approximately 50% of their work time. They assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment and will promote a culture of safety, follow established policies, adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements, DNV requirements, and national patient safety goals.
