What are the responsibilities and job description for the 25 Manager, Quality/APP position at Southeast Georgia Health System?
Serves as a liaison between administration and Advanced Practice Providers within Southeast Georgia Physician Associates.
In conjunction with the SGPA Quality Coordinator, audits and analyzes HEDIS provider data, runs reports, summarizes performance data, identifies opportunities and relates information to providers and management.
Assists in onboarding new Advanced Practice Providers into Southeast Georgia Physician Associates, including periodic checks after candidate has onboarded.
Assists in development of APP Advisory Council, including developing agenda items and collaborating with APP participants.
Leads SGPA Highly Reliable Organization (HRO) initiatives to include providers and team members.
Leads education initiatives with new providers to ensure they reach quality and productivity benchmarks.
Experience
Preferred- Graduate of a Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Degree Minimum of 3 years of practice.
