As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide patient compassionate care at the bedside of our patients every day. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests, and other team members by striving for excellence in service and quality. Tier 1 - PRN
Pay rate : Experienced based pay rate (plus any applicable shift differentials)
Commitment : 16-48 hours / month
Campus : Home Campus only
Weekend and Holidays : 2 Weekend shifts and 1 major holiday in a schedule period
Schedule : Provide Schedule up to four (4) weeks in advance
Tier 2
Pay rate : Experience rate $2.00 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)
Commitment : 6 shifts in 6 weeks
Campus : Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed
Weekend and Holidays : 2 Weekend shifts plus 1 major holiday in a schedule period
Schedule : Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule
Tier 3
Pay rate : Experience rate $4.00 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)
Commitment : 9 shifts in 6 weeks
Campus : Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed
Weekend and Holidays : 2 Weekend shifts and 1 major and 1 minor holiday in a schedule period
Schedule : Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule
Tier 4
Pay rate : Experience rate $6.00 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)
Commitment : 12 shifts in 6 weeks
Campus : Campus : Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed
Weekend and Holidays : 4 Weekend shifts plus 1 major and 1 minor holiday in a schedule period
Schedule : Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule
You will be responsible for :
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing basic patient care
- Assisting in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment
