Join a well-established, hospital-employed Psychiatry group seeking a BC / BE Psychiatric Hospitalist to provide high-quality inpatient care. Our team operates on a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule , offering a balanced work-life structure with no outpatient responsibilities.
Located in Dothan, AL , this position offers easy access to the Emerald Coast beaches of Florida (90 minutes away) , low cost of living , and excellent schools , all within a welcoming southern community.
Practice Highlights :
- Consistent Schedule - 14 days on, 14 days off
- Team-Based Model - Two teams of two Psychiatrists per shift
- Shared Call - Alternating every other day after hours and weekends
- Single Location - No travel required
- Dedicated Support - BMU nursing and administrative team
- Medical Support - Internal Medicine Hospitalists manage medical care
- Teaching Opportunities - Precept 3rd & 4th year DO medical students and IM residents
