What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Application Specialist I position at Southeast Healthcare?
Southeast Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and engaging person to fill a full-time Clinical Application Specialist I or IT Specialist role. This position will:
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software-related issues and/or problems as requested using the Helpdesk system.
- Conduct Healthcare IT related trainings for new and existing staff as it relates to the organization’s electronic medical record, new hire computer training, and staff lunch/learns.
- Become the subject matter expert on our EHR and related applications.
- Remain up to date on current medical and technological concepts.
- Perform helpdesk ticket management.
