- Deliver agency mail and supplies between various offices.
- Ensure a secure environment in the lobby and respond promptly to internal emergencies.
- Provide necessary coverage for front desk personnel as required.
- Assist with the relocation and assembly of office furniture.
- Support event setup activities as needed.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage in security and customer service.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- A valid Ohio driver's license with no more than 2 points.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza.
