Southeast Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and passionate Program Manager to oversee and manage our Transitional Employment Program. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing direct supervision to Community Crew Leaders and developing strong relationships with both program participants and contract customers.
The Project Work program offers transitional work opportunities to up to 300 individuals annually who live with severe and persistent mental health conditions. The program aims to support participants as they transition from transitional work opportunities into competitive employment within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision and guidance to Community Crew Leaders.
Foster positive relationships between the program and contract customers.
Monitor the progress and success of participants in the Project Work program.
Ensure the program is aligned with Southeast Healthcare's mission and objectives.
Assist participants in preparing for and securing competitive employment.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including team members, customers, and participants.
Ensure compliance with program standards and requirements.
