What will you be doing:

As a field Registered Nurse your will provide patient care in compliance to regulations, quality improvement of the Home Health Agency and scope of licensure ; the nursing process- patients plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the patients condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services, teaching and training activities and direct nursing care.

What will you come with:

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in home healthcare
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.

Specialized knowledge

• Knowledge of the Home Health Services
• Knowledge of computer clinical programs such EHR/EMR system(s)
• IV
• Wound care

Skills & Abilities

• Great communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Bi-lingual preferred
• Patient and/or family education
• Strong organization skills and be detail oriented
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
