Southeast Industrial Equipment, Inc., one of the nation's largest Toyota™ forklift dealers, is seeking an experienced Parts Associate to assist our customers with their parts needs for all types of forklifts and related material handling equipment.
SIE Parts Associates have the responsibility to provide the best possible customer service, in person and over the phone, tracking sales/purchases and inventory by computer, ordering/stocking parts, and shipping/receiving.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in parts sales with excellent customer service skills, computer competency, and a strong work ethic. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, climb, and lift/carry parts up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication skills are needed in order to successfully interact with co-workers, managers, and customers.
