Southeast Industrial Equipment, Inc., one of the nation's largest Toyota™ forklift dealers, is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to assist our customers with their service needs for all types of forklifts and related material handling equipment.
- $19-22/HR (based on experience)
- M-F on 1st shift hours (OT offered when needed)

Dispatch Associates have the responsibility to provide the best possible customer service, in person and over the phone, addressing customers’ needs, opening work orders, dispatching technicians to service calls, and following up on the status of service calls through job completion.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering telephones
- Dispatching technicians for service calls
- Scheduling technicians daily
- Responding to service calls from external and internal customers
- Obtaining necessary PO’s from external customers
- Management of Work in Process
- Reporting
