In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of building materials to customer locations, job sites, and Southeast LBM Holdco LLC branches.
Responsibilities include operating a CDL A commercial vehicle (flatbed, tractor-trailer, or boom truck), following DOT regulations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and securing loads properly.
You will also provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with customers, and resolve basic customer inquiries.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, assist with warehouse operations, and collaborate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and sales teams.
