We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling for designated programs and service lines within our electronic health records system.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain schedules for designated programs and service lines within the electronic health records system- Review providers' schedules, coordinate with Client Contact Services, and rectify any issues
- Assist with caseload management and maintenance
- Collaborate with clinical teams on caseload management, schedule utilization, and discharge protocols
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines when interacting with clients and coworkers
- Generate reports to coordinate appointments across the system
- High school diploma or GED required
- Office setting experience preferred
Additional Qualifications:
- Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
- Proficient in reading, interpreting documents, and writing routine reports
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to address diverse groups clearly
- Mathematical abilities, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Problem-solving skills, with a common-sense understanding of instructions and procedures
- Ability to follow directions and accept supervision
