Duties
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing property safety and providing support.
- Conduct outbound calling to set up appointments to review client properties and gather feedback.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions.
- Analyze insureds dec pages and give feedback to identify areas for improvement in safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of safety reports.
- Assist in the development of strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office setting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
