Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in St Charles, MN for a Loss Prevention Associate. The Loss Prevention Associate will be responsible for reporting safety concerns on insured properties, understanding insurance policy and declaration pages, meeting with our insureds and building relationships. Day-to-day tasks include calling on and meeting with our current insurance customers, conducting safety surveys, writing reports on potential safety concerns that would have a possiblity of higher claims, and working with office staff and managers. Effective communication is vital as the role requires regular interaction with various clients and sales agents.
Qualifications
- Experience with Property Loss Prevention and Safety protocols
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications in Loss Prevention and Claims
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in related fields is a plus
