The Social Work Instructor will be responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities to promote student-centered learning and success. This includes teaching college courses effectively to a diverse student body, conducting ongoing assessments of courses, and developing courses. Additionally, the instructor will participate in professional development activities, serve on various committees, and demonstrate a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person classroom instruction that supports the learning outcomes of the Social Work courses and teach at least one additional discipline, such as Psychology or Sociology.
- Must be willing to teach weekends and evenings as assigned.
- Evaluate student performance and instructional methods using the college's established system of assessment.
- Serve as a member of the college's various governance committees and task forces to promote institutional/instructional efficiency and support a culture of learning.
