Key Responsibilities
The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Greeting patients and families in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Answering phone calls and responding to messages in a timely and courteous fashion.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the doctor's schedule efficiently.
- Providing cost estimates and collecting patient financial responsibility in an effective and professional manner.
- Managing patient insurance information and updating records as necessary.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Prioritizing work against the patient schedule and adhering to deadlines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- Medical or dental experience is a plus.
- Friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence.
- Basic office skills such as typing and filing.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other team members.
