Are you a master of Microsoft Excel? Do you have a knack for reconciling and analyzing data? We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional Excel skills to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ACA reporting through Equifax
- Provide support 401k administrator for employer sponsored plan
- Create, modify, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across various sources
Key Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization tools
- Experience in reconciling and analyzing financial or operational data
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in accounting, finance, or data analysis preferred
Position Details:
- Part-time (15-20 hours per week)
- In Office-Flexible schedule may lead to more hours or full time employment at a later date
