What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Manager Retail Fuel Operations position at Southeast Petro?
Summary/Objective
The District Manager communicates various programs, standards and regulations of Branded Fuel Companies to potential and current clients; provide feedback and support for daily operations and improve upon industry mystery shopper scores. Oversee leased convenient/fuel stores in an assigned district to maintain consistency in company standards.
We have positions available supporting Orlando to Tampa, Brevard County and Pensacola
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the various brand fleet programs, credit card programs and brand incentive/rewards programs as well as work with brand/fleet reps.
- Act as liaison and consultant between on-site managers or tenants.
- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment on a weekly basis to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance to maintain company sites to fuel company standards.
- Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet goals and increase market share
Skills:
- Excellent supervisory skills to effectively manage a team of store managers
- Ability to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire teams
- Project management skills to successfully execute initiatives within the district
- Sales experience to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
