Compensation
- Hourly Range of $18/hour to $21/hour
- Operations performance bonus of up to $9,465 per year
- Tenure bonus of up to $1,000 per year based on years of service in position

- Up to 3-weeks of vacation: Up to 2-weeks in years 1-4, 3-weeks after year 5

Training / Professional Development
- Monthly off-site field training for RGMs, AGMs, and Shift Leads led by top executives
- Dedicated 8-week training program for high-performing Shift Leads, and Team Members to accelerate growth into RGMs
Field Support Resources
- Extensive field support resources, including IT and maintenance technicians, recruiting, facilities support, loss prevention, human resources, and store remodel/construction support
Requirements:
- Must be 18 yrs. or older
- 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Manager
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- Eligible to work in the US
- Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand, and walk for an extended period
- Open availability
Qualifications:
- Friendly attitude, excellent customer service skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Strong verbal and essential math skills
- Ability to give direction and on-the-spot coaching
- Self-motivation and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Able to deescalate difficult situations and customers
- Willing to lead a team of 4-10 people on any shift
- Minimum of 2 year experience within QSR
