Position: Human Resources Manager, Full-Time Position Reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer
Compensation:
· Highly Competitive Annual Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
· Performance-based Bonus: Up to 20% annually

Responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead a staff of 10 in the HR and Payroll departments to
· Manage and direct team in performing general HR duties including:
o Coordinating with management to ensure adherence to HR laws and regulations.
o Investigating and documenting employee-related claims.
o Maintaining company organization charts and directories.
o Managing all HRIS systems with technical support from the IT department.
o Managing 2nd chance hiring.
o Conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
· Train, coach, and support restaurant managers to navigate employee evaluation, training, discipline, complaints, termination, and other HR issues while maintaining a positive work environment.
· Develop, implement, and manage department training processes for Paycor and ATS systems and programs to drive professional development within HR/Payroll
· Maintain and report weekly on the department budget/expenses.
· Manage the HR/Payroll systems and leverage data analytics to make informed decisions to ensure equitable workloads and efficient system utilization.
· Evaluate current benefits plans, recommend changes to the leadership team, and update the benefits plans as required.
· Review eligibility and enrollment activity and keep employees informed of enrollment opportunities.
· Work with the benefits broker to market plans each year.
· Review current HR systems and explore new systems and processes based on organizational needs.
· Respond promptly to requests from the field and leadership.
· Manage employee records in current/legacy systems and provide employee verifications, subpoenas, and requests for employee data, as requested
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven leadership and managerial skills as an HR Director or Manager for a large company (500 employees) for 5 years.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Advanced skills with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Must be available to travel to other locations on short notice, as needed.
