Mitigation Team Coordinator

Mission:

Ensuring efficient and high quality operations in the Mitigation Department by playing a crucial role in maintaining accurate electronic records, scheduling and dispatching crews, managing invoices and payments, and serving as a liaison between the company and customers

Compensation Range:

• $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly Rate based on experience. Opportunities for overtime are available.

Education/Professional Experience/Skills:

• Minimum 3 years professional experience

Team Member Expectations:

• Data Integrity Management - Support a large volume of mitigation projects by maintaining the integrity of the data across multiple platforms. This includes job creation and set-up, log notes, ongoing financial stewardship of projects, work order support including scheduling, file completion, and timely invoice processing.
• Scheduling - Collaborate with the Senior Mitigation Project Manager on the initial job scheduling of individual work orders and equipment allocation, and responsibility to maintain the ongoing accuracy of that schedule for logistical optimization
• Administrative Support to the Mitigation team - Provide requested support to a Mitigation team on a daily basis to include documenting a file, communicating with customers both on the phone and using internal business systems including on initial collection efforts, obtaining documentation, communicating with adjusters, and submitting documentation to trade partners and carriers.
