What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mitigation Technician position at Southeast Restoration?
Mission :
Assist in mitigating water damage, restoring properties, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and opportunities for career growth in the property damage restoration industry.
Compensation Range :
15.00- $24.00 Hourly Rate based on industry-specific experience. Opportunities for overtime are available as well as quarterly incentives.
Skills Needed :
Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 75 pounds
Comfort with sewage given the appropriate personal protective equipment
Is energized doing physically demanding work
Is comfortable being on a roof or in crawl spaces
Team Member Expectations :
Work Ready - Consistently arrives on time to work, ready for the day with appropriate clothing and footwear to perform physical labor
On Call Expectations - Willing to be part of the on-call rotation that responds to after-hours calls for Water / Emergency Services / Build Up
Service & Growth Minded - Enjoys serving others in their time of need and growing their skills and technical knowledge base
