Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Tennessee Asbestos Abatement Supervisor to lead and manage asbestos abatement projects in Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asbestos removal, project oversight, regulatory compliance, and crew leadership. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are preferred to better communicate with diverse crews and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage asbestos abatement projects across Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville.

Lead and direct abatement crews, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Ensure compliance with Tennessee and federal asbestos regulations, including OSHA, NESHAP, and EPA guidelines.

Coordinate job site setup and execution, including containment, decontamination, and air monitoring procedures.

Conduct safety meetings and enforce proper use of PPE and abatement procedures.

Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to provide updates and ensure project success.

Document project details, including work logs, waste manifests, and compliance reports.

Travel to various project sites within the Tennessee market.
Requirements

Valid Tennessee Asbestos Abatement Supervisor Certification (Required).

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in asbestos abatement supervision.

Strong knowledge of Tennessee asbestos regulations and environmental compliance standards.

Ability to lead and manage abatement teams in high-risk environments.

Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Willingness to travel regularly within Tennessee.

High attention to detail and ability to document projects accurately.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with lead, mold, water, and fire remediation.
