We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English As A Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the varying levels of English proficiency among students.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters language acquisition.
- Utilize various teaching resources, including technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS), to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design instructional materials that address literacy education and adult language education needs.
- Provide individualized support for students with special educational needs or those requiring additional assistance.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in ESL instruction.
