Our operating unit provides telecom construction services, and we are looking for an Area Manager to join our team.
The Area Manager ensures that operational, financial, and customer service goals are set and met for the location. They are responsible for managing and coordinating activities across teams, including field technicians, construction crews, and support staff, to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. The role involves strategic planning, budget management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Additionally, the Area Manager is accountable for driving performance, maintaining high-quality service delivery, and fostering positive client relationships while leading and mentoring staff to achieve company objectives.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide technical and strategic planning & management oversight, ensuring production, plan or record and revenue goals, as well as SLAs are met.
- Direct the construction and activation efforts through a team of Project Coordinators, utilizing in-house crews and subcontractors.
- Plan and anticipate challenges in the construction tasks given to us by our customers. Respond proactively to dynamic changes.
- Work in the field to lead, guide and motivate technical staff.
- Manage production, invoicing, and collections.
