Candidate Requirements
You’ll be an experienced customer service representative who enjoys interacting with people in person, on the phone, and in written communications in a professional manner, bonding the person to our business by providing superior customer service.
You’re a self-starter who values hard work, details, accuracy, and processes that work effectively and efficiently.
You’re able to juggle multiple priorities under pressure while keeping your composure and providing excellent service.
You’ll be an avid learner, hungry to improve and will seek and accept feedback, always looking at what you can do to improve yourself and your team.
Applicants will ideally have an associate’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience in a veterinary medical facility.
Applicants must be willing to interact with animals and their people.
Minimum requirements include:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 30 pounds, operate general office equipment and perform general office cleaning tasks
- Must have Mac/PC skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with EzyVet Practice Software is a plus
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required
Southeast Veterinary Neurology offers competitive pay commensurate with experience.
