This is a contract role for a Head Coach at SOUTHEAST VOLUSIA SOCCER CLUB INC. The Head Coach will be responsible for overseeing training sessions, developing game strategies, managing team activities, and providing guidance and mentorship to players. This is an on-site role located in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
- Coaching, training, and game strategy development skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Player development and mentorship experience
- Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous coaching experience at the youth or high school level
- U.S. Soccer coaching license or equivalent certification
