Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. The role involves driving a cargo van and a 20' box van to deliver paper and janitorial supplies to our clients in Beckley and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a cargo van and 20' box van to deliver paper and janitorial supplies.
- Load and unload delivery vans, ensuring safe handling of items.
- Verify order accuracy before and after delivery.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs independently, multiple times per day.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in warehouse when not on deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving larger vehicles (e.g., cargo vans or box trucks).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $17–$20, based on experience.
