Overview
SCCI is currently seeking a Configuration Management Analyst II to join our team! In this position you will provide Configuration Management (CM) support to a Combat System program at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. This position is available for immediate hire and located in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Configuration/Change Control Boards (CCB) support including importing and exporting files
- Perform analysis of class I ECPs to ensure wholeness of changes prior to distributing to the community for review
- Generate database reports such as meeting agendas and minutes, and tracking action items and change requests
- Update and maintain database records and CCB Operating Procedures
- Capture detailed technical comments while displaying to a live and web-based audience
- Generate various status accounting reports, data calls, and other CM duties
- Generate/update milestone briefs/presentations and attend milestone meetings as required
- Ensure electronic deliveries of related files and documentation occur
- Perform Quality Assurance tasks of configuration data to ensure accuracy
- Assist in the development and maintenance of CM processes, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on program requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance
- High School Diploma
- Three (3) - Five (5) years of Aegis Navy CM experience and a thorough understanding of Aegis CM processes
- Proficient with the Navy's ACCESS database and have a strong ability of generating/manipulating reports
- Comprehensive knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in configuration management support
- Proven knowledge of formal change control processes: Class I changes, Class II changes, CCB experience/involvement
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office tools, primarily MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Proficient in CM Metric gathering and reporting
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in formal reports across all organizational levels preferred
- Must be able to travel monthly to Washington Navy Yard
