Tomahawk Training Specialist
Overview
SCCI is seeking a Training Specialist to join our team! In this position, you will provide instructor-led training, curriculum development, and subject matter expertise for a Tactical Tomahawk training program. This position is located in Port Hueneme, CA.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Tactical Tomahawk Operations and Maintenance training
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) services to documentation and courseware developers
- Develop curricula for Tomahawk Fire Controlmen and Officers
- Provide Tomahawk support community and training centers with technical advice on system operation and maintenance
- Assist training centers with configuring and maintaining Tomahawk training laboratories and classrooms
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance
- High School diploma or GED
- Five (5) years of experience directly related to operating and maintaining major weapons systems, TTWCS and TMPC preferred
- TTWCS NEC 1136 / V20A
- Ability to collect and analyze source data for the purpose of developing curricula and course materials
- Must have strong writing and verbal communication skills to successfully contribute in a team environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of experience directly related to developing curricula and providing operator and maintenance training for major weapons systems
- Navy NEC 9502 / 805A
- U.S. Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification
- Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) experience
- Familiar with Navy standard NAVEDTRA 130 series
- TTWCS NEC 1332 / V24A
- Mission Distribution System (MDS) NEC 2778 / 740A
- GCCS-M experience
- Satellite Communications / Tomahawk Strike Network (TSN) experience
