Supply Coordinator

Overview

SCCI is seeking an experienced Supply Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in managing surface combat systems inventories and issuing repair parts. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy of inventory data and assisting in tracking expenditures for parts and supplies. This may require travel and is in support of future work expected in 2025. This position is located in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Tactical Maintenance Division as liaison to Supply Division
• Maintaining the SCSTC/ATRC N4 inventory database to track all requests, issued parts, Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) and other turn-ins, remain in place parts, and DD-1149s
• Ensure inventory data, e.g., part numbers, quantities received or shipped, condition, location and other required information is correctly entered into the automated databases
• Assisting the Government in tracking expenditures for all parts or supplies; Maintaining departmental budget expenditures database
• Working independently to ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data and documentation
• Communicating effectively both orally and through formal reports written in specified government formats
• Collaborating with instructors and course managers to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of scheduling activities

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance
• High School Diploma
• Two (2) years experience managing surface combat systems inventories and issuing repair parts
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of resource management principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in logistics and inventory management
• Proven ability to manage and maintain accurate data and records
