Position Overview
As the Operations Manager at our Novi branch, you'll drive growth, profitability, and high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include :
- Team Leadership : Oversee parts and service departments, lead a skilled team, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Customer Experience : Ensure that each customer interaction reflects Southeastern's values, from the sale to the service lifecycle.
- Operational Excellence : Manage day-to-day operations, meeting quality and efficiency standards to keep the branch running smoothly.
- Sales & Profit Goals : Set and achieve branch-specific KPIs for sales growth and profit, ensuring our Dublin location continues to excel.
- Training & Development : Recruit, train, and mentor staff to support their professional growth and maintain high team morale.
- Facility Management : Maintain a safe, well-organized environment that complies with OSHA and EPA standards.
