Primary Responsibility Summary
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the marketing of Southeastern Equipment’s products and services. This role covers a wide range of duties, from overseeing digital advertising and eCommerce marketing to ensuring compliance with policies and fostering effective communication across teams. You will strategize comprehensive lead generation efforts, optimize paid media strategies, and drive eCommerce growth to enhance revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising & Paid Media: Lead search and display campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and LinkedIn. Analyze performance data, adjust strategies, and collaborate with the creative team to produce effective ad content.
- eCommerce Growth & Email Marketing: Drive revenue growth for our Parts eCommerce platform. Oversee email marketing campaigns with segmentation, personalization, and engagement, running A/B tests to refine content for better results.
- Traditional & Regional Marketing: Manage traditional marketing campaigns, including radio and display ads, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Data-Driven Reporting & Optimization: Track key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms. Provide actionable insights to leadership, optimizing campaigns and improving ROI.
Metrics You Will Be Accountable For:
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Inbound lead generation
- eCommerce revenue growth
- Lead quality (SQL and MQL)
- Site visitors, engagement rate, and bounce rate
Educational and Experience Requirements
- 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Paid Social, SEO, email marketing, and geotargeting.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and MailChimp.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- B2B or dealership environment experience is a plus.
- Experience in managing a team is preferred.
