With branches in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, and West Virginia, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a wide range of equipment and attachments across 88 lines.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow our Cincinnati area territory. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from your location while actively engaging with customers in your territory. You will play a crucial role in driving new business generation and maintaining relationships with established clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Hunt for new business opportunities and generate new customer leads.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Work closely with and report directly to the Regional Sales Manager to develop new growth strategies.
Represent and promote Southeastern Equipment's diverse range of equipment and attachments.
Expected Sales Targets :
1st Year Sales Volume : $1 million
5th Year Sales Target : $6 million
Qualifications :
Proven CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
Experience with equipment in agriculture, earthmoving, aerial, and industrial sectors.
Post high school education preferred (2 or 4-year degree or a combination of education and experience).
Physical ability to sit, stand, pull, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs with / without assistance .
Valid, unrestricted, and unrevoked driver's license.
Strong growth mindset, motivation, and drive to take complete ownership over the territory.
Compensation and Benefits :
Total Compensation : $75,000 - $150,000 per year, including a competitive base salary and commission based on sales performance.
Commission Structure : Based on achieving sales volume and margin attainment between $1 million to $5 million.
