As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing the Tampa Bay & Orlando Market through a commission/Salary-based pay structure for residential & commercial HVAC sales. This position will report to the Owner and work in coordination with the Operations to design, sell, and implement projects.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a successful track record over a consistent time period in HVAC and/or Sales. Candidates must be highly detail oriented, possess stellar interpersonal communication skills, and display a strong ability to work accurately and effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the Tampa Bay & Orlando Market for HVAC residential & Commercial services
- Attain time-bound sales production goals through commission-based business development and sales efforts
- Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and various marketing/business development efforts
- Adhere to APHAC compliance, ethical standards, and sales/tracking procedures
Performance Expectations:
- Annual sales production of $1,500,000.00
- Marketed Lead conversion rate of 40.00%
- New client acquisition
Requirements:
- Proven track record in HVAC/Sales
- Knowledge of Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps/Mini-Splits, Water Heating Equipment, and Ductwork
- Proficiency in financing, loans, and payment calculations
- Display effective strategies for objection-handling, follow-up processes, and closing sales
- Detail-oriented, highly-organized, ability to work in fast-paced sales environments through effective communication and time management
- Strong interpersonal and written communication
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, Google Workspace, and HVAC-specific CRM/software
