WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:
Schedule:
You'll enjoy a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, with flexibility to accommodate occasional nights, weekends, and travel requirements.
Day-to-Day:
As a General Maintenance Technician - Construction Laborer, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve using your construction and maintenance expertise to troubleshoot and resolve various tasks at client locations. From basic electrical repairs and plumbing to drywall and flooring work, you'll handle a variety of maintenance projects with precision and efficiency. You'll respond promptly to service requests and emergencies. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that all jobs meet specifications and code requirements. Your role will also involve effective communication with our management team and customers, documenting work activities, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Qualifications:
- General construction and maintenance experience
- Physical ability to perform general construction tasks, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use our company software platforms
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Excellent attendance, dependability, and reliability
- Strong troubleshooting and documenting skills
- Great communication skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
