Serves as a resource for, and evaluates appropriateness of during therapy. te and timely preparation, manufacturing compounding, repackaging, relabeling, dispensing and control of medications, intravenous fluids and other pharmaceuticals products.
- EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE :
- Incumbent will be required to attain a minimum of 15 hours of ACPE approved continuing education credit annually.

Minimum Required :
BS Pharmacy or Pharm D. Valid NC license to practice pharmacy prior to staffing assignments.
Above plus prior hospital experience, Pharmacy Practice or Specialty Residency.
