Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time nursing faculty member at our esteemed college. As a member of our faculty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of nursing education. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating the purpose, philosophy, and objectives of our nursing education program. You will also be tasked with designing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum, advising students, developing and evaluating student policies, assessing student performance, and actively participating in institutional committees.
Qualifications
- Master’s in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing practice.
- Willing to instruct Associate Degree Nursing, Practical Nursing, and Allied Health lecture and/or clinicals.
- Clinical experience in Obstetrics/Neonatal and/or Public Health preferred but not required.
