Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process complex billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing.
- Collaborate with the accounting and service teams to streamline billing processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and account statuses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Proactively learn and adapt to company systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting or billing, with expertise in managing complex revenue cycles.
- Relevant industry experience (field service) is a strong advantage but not required.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and detail oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
