Position Overview
The Coin-Vended Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing the coin/vended sales division, overseeing sales operations, and driving business development efforts. This role includes managing, coaching, and expanding a high-performing sales team, as well as strategically increasing revenue while maintaining alignment with company goals and values. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader with a hunter mentality and a proven track record in coin/vended laundry sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand sales territories and increase market share.
- Train, and manage a team of regional sales managers, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, providing tailored solutions for their laundry needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the sales process and CRM compliance, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and build brand presence.
- Work closely with purchasing, warehousing, and installation teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
- Generate and present sales reports, market insights, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in coin/vended laundry equipment sales.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
