Southeastern Louisiana University's Educational Opportunity Center invites applications for the Assistant Director position. The Assistant Director assists the director in the management of staff, program coordination and planning, procurement of program supplies, evaluation of program effectiveness and development of outreach partnerships throughout the program target area. In addition, the position requires that the Assistant Director also assists in recruitment and serving program participants.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree by hire date
Five years or more of TRIO experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and experience with completion of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS
Leadership, Willingness to learn, Communication, Teamwork and Adaptability
