Southeastern Machining and Field Service Inc. is a full service provider of precision machining including full service sheet metal fabrication, engineering and design, machine building and assemblies. We serve diverse customers and industries on a made-to-order basis. We have an immediate opening for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator at our Lancaster, Ohio location.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of daily shipping and receiving duties.
- Process, pick, pack & ship orders.
- Receive, unpack & stock inventory.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Maintain and manage inventory.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Reconcile material packing slips, POs, and part counts
- Deliver material to point of use locations same day
- Directly responsible for final pack out of all outgoing systems
- Monitor inventory levels of all shipping and packaging supplies
- Ability to communicate with customers
Qualifications:
-High school diploma
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Good computer, written and communication skills.
-Capable of working a consistent schedule.
-Availability to work overtime
-Availability to work outside of normal 9-5
-Ability to drive different types of automobiles-box truck, standard transmission, flatbed
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Ability to work well in a frequently changing fast-paced environment.
-Ability work alone / unsupervised.
-Warehouse experience a plus.
-Ability to drive forklift
