Position Summary : Performs activities engaged in building, setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining of machinery and equipment. Primary Accountabilities (Essential Duties) : Maintenance Technician II
- Perform normal and routine maintenance of equipment.
Help refine lubrication and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure reliability of machinery.
Troubleshoot components and parts for replacement and system improvement.
Troubleshoot complex switching systems and controls.
Review all work order submitted by Level 1.
Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems functions and identify failed components.
Electrical wiring to include motor wiring, motor control wiring, 120, 220, 480 service connects, system electrical connections and controls.
Working knowledge of AC, DC drives.
troubleshoot AC, DC drives and identify failed components. Secondary Accountabilities :
Able to read of schematics and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution and control systems.
Electrical wiring to include motor wiring, motor control wiring, 120, 220, 480 service connects, system electrical connections and controls.
Must be able to run conduit and wiring, air lines, hydraulic lines, align level and anchor machinery.
