Job Expectations:
The successful candidate will:
- Safely and efficiently maintain all manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Accurately complete and/or enter electronically all required safety, quality and maintenance control documents and information
- Maintain building and grounds as assigned
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Schedule all work to assure the equipment is ready at all times
- Perform scheduled task in accordance with the P.M. schedule
- Emergency trouble shooting and repair
- Routine maintenance as required
- Proactively consult with Operations to continually improve manufacturing processes and systems
Job Requirements/ Related Experience:
- Proficient in written and oral communication and computer knowledge a must.
- Strong math and analytical skills, and attention to detail are required for problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to be multi-task oriented and self-directed/self-motivated. Good hand and eye coordination.
- Strong decision making skills a must.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, (three phase, control wiring and ladder logic) strong mechanical skills, and PLC are required. Welding experience a plus.
- Successful completion of skills testing and mechanical aptitude test.
